1. Nature of the Purchase

All VIP packages available on this page are voluntary financial contributions ("donations") made to support the operation and continued development of the WorldX Cops & Robbers game server. In exchange for your contribution, you receive VIP Hours — a timed digital benefit that is credited automatically to your registered in-game account immediately upon payment confirmation.

2. No Refund Policy — All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing the checkout you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• VIP Hours constitute digital content that is fully and immediately delivered to your account at the moment payment is confirmed.
• You expressly consent to the immediate commencement of delivery of the digital content before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period.
• As a consequence of the above, you waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and applicable national consumer protection law.
• No refunds, exchanges, chargebacks or credits will be issued once the VIP Hours have been delivered to your account, regardless of the reason.

3. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment dispute after receiving your VIP Hours may result in the permanent suspension of your in-game account and potential recovery of damages. If you experience a genuine issue with your purchase, please contact us via Discord before raising a dispute with your bank or payment provider.

4. Payment Processing

All transactions are processed securely by Tebex Limited, the authorised payment provider for FiveM servers. Tebex is the merchant of record: WorldX CnR does not store, handle or have access to your card details. By purchasing, you also agree to Tebex's Terms of Service.

5. Delivery & Activation

VIP Hours are credited automatically and instantly to the WorldX account linked to the Discord account you were signed in with at checkout. Because the account is taken from your Discord sign-in rather than typed by hand, delivery to the wrong account is not possible. If your VIP Hours have not appeared within a few minutes of payment, contact us on Discord and we will resolve it.

6. Service Availability

WorldX CnR is an independent, privately operated game server. VIP benefits are provided on a best-effort basis. The server team reserves the right to modify, adjust or discontinue VIP features at any time. In the event of a permanent server closure, no refunds will be issued for unused VIP Hours. Reasonable advance notice will be given whenever possible.
